Educational Consultant Full-time

Job description:

  • Look for potential customers and source data,

  • Take care of messages on Facebook, emails and calls, book tests, support during the tests, consult directly, follow up.

  • Arrange classes, help students feel comfortable, encourage the students to join and support them in English events.

  • Support the teaching team to ensure the best learning experience for students

  • Cooperate with Academic and Operations teams to maintain efficient campus operations

  • Share tips, documents, learning sources, etc. to followers with the purpose of helping them learn English.

    • Have great conversational English

    • Sincerely love sharing and talking to people

    • Great communication skills

    • Strong experience in sales (prior experience in the education sector would be a plus point)

    • Customer service’ mindset and result-oriented

    • Networking and Problem Solving skills

    • Work from 10am-9pm with 2 hours of personal time.
