Community Developer/Marketing Intern

1. Job Description:

• Online:

(1) work with the content team on choosing topics for events, 

(2) work with the design team to create promotional banners, 

(3) promote events by posting on social media platforms like Facebook, …

(4) build and create an online friendly community, 

• Offline:

• Create and host offline events: board games nights, language exchanges, workshops, debates, …

(1) prepare and set up for the events, 

(2) encourage students and members to join the events, 

(3) support them during the events, take pictures, ask for feedback/reviews, …

• Create and host outdoor events when needed: charity events, trips, workshops elsewhere, …

2. Requirements

• Have great interpersonal and conversational English skills,

• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends for events,

• Genuinely love sharing and talking to people,

• Have a customer service mindset and is result-oriented,

• Networking and Problem Solving skills,

• Experience in event planning and community management is a plus.
